Purchase Terms

1. Who you are buying from

Cash for Creator is operated by Mahri Gurbanova, trading as Cash for Creator. For purchase, access or policy questions, email cashforcreator@gmail.com.

These terms apply to purchases made through cashforcreator.com. Before paying, review the product description, price, delivery details and our Refund Policy. When you select the agreement checkbox and complete a purchase, you agree to the terms shown at checkout. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a purchase agreement.

2. What your purchase includes

We offer downloadable educational PDF guides, a guide bundle, 30-minute personal calls, and written storefront reviews. Each product page explains what is included. Services are purchased separately from the PDF guides and bundle.

Prices are in US dollars and purchases are one-time payments. Review the final total shown by Stripe before paying. Any tax or other charge collected at checkout is shown there. Your payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout page.

A guide purchase includes the edition described at the time of purchase. Future editions, ongoing coaching, future updates and additional services are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

3. PDF delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, your confirmation page provides the download links for the PDFs you purchased. The Complete Bundle includes its combined PDF and the three separate paid guides. The free Starter Kit is available without a purchase.

Use the same browser you used for checkout, save your files to your device, and keep your order link. Access uses an essential browser cookie that can last up to 30 days. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or losing your order link may require contacting us to restore access. This browser-access period does not limit your use of files you have saved.

Download links are provided on the confirmation page; a payment receipt is not a separate PDF-delivery email. If a file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, contact us with your order reference so we can help. You need a device and software that can open PDF files.

4. Calls and storefront reviews

Personal calls: A call lasts 30 minutes. After payment, choose an available date and time in the Calendly scheduler on your confirmation page and finish the booking. Paying alone does not reserve a time. Check the displayed time zone and use the same email address you used at checkout.

Attend at the agreed time and have the connection and equipment needed for the meeting. Cancellations and missed appointments do not qualify for a voluntary refund. If you need to request a different time, contact us as soon as possible; any rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If we need to change the appointment, we will contact you about an alternative and honor any remedy required by applicable law.

Storefront reviews: After payment, email your public storefront link, questions and order reference to mary@cashforcreator.com. Written feedback is sent by email within 5 business days of receiving your storefront link. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the business. This service does not include a call or changes made directly to your Amazon account.

We need your working public link and relevant information to provide the review. Cancellations, including before work starts, do not qualify for a voluntary refund. The rights required by law still apply.

5. No-refunds policy

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for PDF guides, bundles, personal calls or storefront reviews. This includes change of mind, buying the wrong resource, not using a purchase, scheduling conflicts, missed calls, or not achieving a hoped-for result.

This policy does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Read the full Refund Policy, including how to report access, billing or delivery problems.

6. Using the resources

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the materials for your own learning and creator business. You may adapt worksheets and templates for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense or share the paid PDFs or reproduce their substantial content as your own product.

Cash for Creator retains ownership of its original materials. Third-party names, trademarks, screenshots and resources belong to their respective owners. Do not share account passwords or private customer information when requesting help.

7. Educational guidance and third parties

Our guides and services share education and personal experience. They do not guarantee Amazon approval, placements, commissions, brand collaborations, income or any other result. You remain responsible for your decisions and for following the current rules of the platforms you use.

Cash for Creator is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Stripe, Calendly, extension providers and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies. Some links in our materials are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission.

The materials are not individualized legal, tax or financial advice. Platform rules, features and eligibility can change. No statement in these terms excludes a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, questions and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains information used for payment, delivery, customer support and scheduling. We record the accepted policy version and checkout creation time with the order information.

For problems, email cashforcreator@gmail.com with your order reference and a description. Do not send passwords or complete payment card details. Contacting us does not limit your legal rights or rights to raise a payment dispute.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version accepted when you place an order governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
