1. The basics

This policy explains how Cash for Creator handles personal information in connection with cashforcreator.com, its digital resources, and customer inquiries. It applies to our website, not to Amazon, social media platforms, or other websites you visit through links in our resources.

2. Information collected

• When you visit: our website hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and secure the website.
• When you contact us: we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message, including attachments or order information you choose to send. For a call or storefront review, this may include your public storefront and video links, questions, time zone, and scheduling preferences. We use those details to arrange the call or provide your requested feedback.
• When you book a paid call: after a confirmed payment, the order page loads Calendly so you can choose a time. Calendly processes the name, email address, time zone, meeting selection, and any answers you enter, along with technical information needed to operate its scheduling service. We receive the booking details to prepare for and provide your call.
• When you download the free kit: no email address, account, or payment details are required. The file request may still appear in the hosting provider’s technical logs.
• When you purchase: Stripe checkout collects the contact, billing, and payment information needed to process an order. We receive order details, customer contact information, and payment status to provide downloads and customer support. Payment card details are entered through Stripe’s checkout, not sent to us by email.

3. How information is used

Information is used to operate the website, respond to questions, troubleshoot access to resources, and protect against misuse. Relevant order information is also used to process purchases, provide downloads and purchased services, arrange calls, handle payment issues, and maintain records required for our business.

The current website has no newsletter signup, customer account system, advertising pixels, or customer analytics scripts. Downloading the free kit does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Customer reviews and reminders

After a confirmed purchase, we provide a private review link. We store your order reference, purchased item, checkout email, review link, and reminder status in Netlify. You may receive one review reminder about seven days after purchase once our email delivery service is active. We skip reminders when a review has already been submitted or you have opted out. Each reminder includes an opt-out link.

Submitting a review is optional. We store your rating, review text, optional display name, and publication preference privately. We will only publish a review with your permission and after review by us; email addresses and order references are not published. Contact us to request correction or removal. Review emails are delivered through Resend when enabled, which processes the recipient address and message contents. See Resend’s privacy policy.

4. Services that help run the website

Netlify: provides website hosting and may process technical request data needed to operate and secure the website. When checkout is enabled, we also use Netlify to store a limited order record, including the Stripe checkout reference, purchased resource, amount, currency, order date, and the accepted policy version and checkout creation time. Google Fonts: supplies fonts used on this site. Your browser connects to Google to request the font files, which can share technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy.

Stripe: provides payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe’s collection and use of information is described in Stripe’s privacy policy.

Calendly, for paid-call scheduling: provides the calendar embedded on the confirmation page after a verified live call purchase. Its widget and scheduling page may process device and connection information and use cookies or similar technologies. The calendar does not load on ordinary browsing pages or after test purchases. Gmail: handles the customer-support messages you send to cashforcreator@gmail.com. Google processes those messages according to its applicable terms and privacy policy. Relevant information may be disclosed when legally required or reasonably needed to respond to fraud, security incidents, or disputes.

Cookies and external links

The website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. When you open a checkout session, an essential cookie helps associate your purchase with your browser so you can access your paid PDFs and service confirmation page. It lasts for up to 30 days. Clearing it may require contacting us to restore order access. Third-party services you choose to open, including Stripe checkout and the Calendly scheduler, may use their own cookies and similar technologies. Browser settings let you manage cookies, although some third-party features may not work when cookies are blocked.

Our guides may include affiliate links. If you follow one, the destination service may record the referral under its own policies, and we may earn a commission. Those services operate separately from Cash for Creator.

5. Keeping information

Customer inquiries and order records are kept as needed to respond to requests, provide purchased resources, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Our service providers have their own retention practices. No online service or email system can guarantee complete security.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

6. Your choices and requests

You can browse the site and download the free Starter Kit without giving us your name or email address. Please share only the information needed when contacting us; do not email full payment card numbers, passwords, or identity documents.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to make other privacy requests. Contact us using the details on our Contact page. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where required by law.

7. Children’s information

Our resources are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review it and arrange appropriate deletion.

8. Updates to this policy

We will update this page when our services or information practices change, including when checkout or new communication features launch. The effective date at the top will reflect the published version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for relevant changes.
