A few quick answers
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for guides, bundles, calls or storefront reviews. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged. Read the Refund Policy, and contact us about access, billing or delivery problems.
How do the personal services work?
After paying for a 30-minute call, choose an available time in the Calendly scheduler on your confirmation page and complete the booking. For a storefront review, email your public storefront link and questions to mary@cashforcreator.com; you’ll receive written feedback within 5 business days of receiving your link. These services are separate from the PDF bundle.
Where can I get the free Starter Kit?
You can download it straight from the website. No payment or signup is needed.
How do I purchase a guide?
Choose a guide or the complete bundle in the resource library, then continue to checkout. After payment is confirmed, your order page provides the PDF downloads. Use the same browser you paid with, save the files to your device, and keep your order link.
My PDF won’t open. What can I try?
Download the file to your device, then open it in your browser or a PDF reader. If you still have trouble, tell us which guide you’re opening, the device you’re using, and what happens.
I have a privacy question.
